Delta Rising Foundation Resilience Nursery, we care deeply about the health of every plant we grow and the trust of everyone we serve. Because plants are living things and each home environment is unique, we generally don’t accept returns once a plant leaves our nursery.

That said, we understand that unforeseen events can occur during transport or shortly after planting. If your order arrives in poor condition or if something appears to be incorrect, please notify us within five days of receipt. We’ll take a look and do our best to make it right.

When We Can Help

If your plant arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly unhealthy, we’ll review your situation and may offer:

  • A replacement plant (if available), or
  • A store credit for the value of the plant.

We handle each case individually – our goal is to be fair and kind, while keeping our nonprofit mission at the forefront.

What’s Not Covered

We’re not able to replace or refund plants that:

  • They were left in extreme heat, cold, or sunlight after delivery
  • Show stress from watering, soil, or planting conditions
  • Decline after several days of being in their new environment

Please remember that minor differences in color, size, or shape are natural and part of the beauty of living plants.

  • Gift cards, donation-based items, and custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • We do not issue cash refunds.
